Smart911
The Allendale Fire Department is committed to the safety of all members throughout our community as well as the surrounding areas of West Michigan. The Ottawa County Central Dispatch Authority has partnered with agencies all over Ottawa county to help make communities safer. With safety in mind Central Dispatch launched the Smart911 program. The Smart911 program is a free service that allows citizens to create a safety profile which gives 9-1-1 call takers a view of your address, medical information, home information, description of pets and vehicles, and emergency contacts. Provide as much or as little information as you like. This information helps first repsonders in aiding your household during an emergency.
